The Russian foreign ministry announced the expulsion of Hungarian diplomatic staff from Moscow. The Kremlin also warned that any attempts to impose a blockade on the Kaliningrad exclave will have consequences, ahead of President Putin’s scheduled speech at the Valdai Forum.
