Saudi authorities have restarted flow on the East-West crude oil pipeline at a reduced rate after Houthi drone attacks forced its shutdown on 13 Sep. Tests are ongoing and the kingdom plans to resume crude exports from the Red Sea port of Yanbu as early as Tuesday.
